I am copying my friend Peter Krause's idea, for doing a sketch of the day. This one is sketched from a photo in Sports Illustrated of Rafael Nadal...all done in Photoshop on the Cintiq tablet again.

Wow, Charlie! That's some "sketch!" This looks like a finished illustration to me. This little exercise has really paid off, 'cause I think you've stumbled upon or honed in on your new style. It's loose, but finished, and really doesn't feel like a digital illustraion. Fantastic! Nicely done. If this is what I can expect from you with your " the sketch of the day," I'll be checking in tomorrow.
